This project gives a new program to the area previously occupied by the Model prison, located in a very privileged area in Barcelona.
With a rigid orthogonal distribution it gives to the city half of its site for an urban open area and locates on the other half a full program of office space, commercial space and a big pavilion for multitask purposes.
It opposes the strict organization with a fully flexible interior distribution; the plans of each building have an enormous capacity for redistribution and having different activities at the same time with no problem.
